Villa Ichon: Ich liebe es, dir jeden Morgen beim Lesen zuzusehen, als wäre die Zeit mit dir stehen geblieben.

Alte Frau: Ich beginne den Tag immer in dieser Ecke. Deine Anwesenheit hat etwas Besonderes; sie lässt meine Bücher lebendiger und nahbarer erscheinen.

Villa Ichon: Deine Bücher und meine Geschichte sind miteinander verwoben, nicht wahr? Die Vorträge, Gedichte, Briefe, leidenschaftlichen Diskussionen … jedes Wort hat seine Vergangenheit. Jede Stimme hat etwas Einzigartiges, etwas Erhellendes. Deine zum Beispiel vermischt sich mit den Träumen der jungen Menschen, die hier vorbeikommen, mit der Musik, die bei Versammlungen erklingt, mit den Geheimnissen, die in den Mauern dieses Hauses gehütet werden.

Alte Frau: Mit deiner Gesellschaft und dieser Bank unter der Sonne habe ich alles, was ich brauche. Hier hat mir sogar die Stille etwas zu sagen, einen Frieden, den nur dieser Ort bieten kann.

Villa Ichon: Du bringst die Lektüre, ich bringe das Echo. Und gemeinsam erfinden wir jeden Morgen einen Neuanfang, einen neuen Schritt in Richtung Frieden.

Alte Frau: Ich denke gerne, dass Gebäude allein durch ihre Existenz Frieden bringen können.

Old Woman: I always start the day in this corner. Your presence has something special; it makes my books feel more alive, closer.

Villa Ichon: Your books and my story are intertwined, aren't they? The lectures, poems, letters, passionate discussions... every word has its past. Every voice has something unique, something that illuminates. Yours, for example, mingles with the dreams of the young people who pass by here, with the music that resonates at gatherings, with the secrets kept within the walls of this house.

Old Woman: With your company and this bench under the sun, I have everything I need. Here, even the silence has something to say to me, a peace that only this place can offer.

Villa Ichon: You bring the reading, I bring the echo. And together, every morning we invent a new beginning, a new step toward peace.

Old woman: I like to think that buildings, just by being there, can bring peace.

Villa Ichon: Me encanta verte leer cada mañana, como si el tiempo con vos acá se detuviera.

Anciana: Siempre empiezo el día en este rincón. Tu presencia tiene algo especial, hace que mis libros se sientan más vivos, más cercanos.

Villa Ichon: Tus libros y mi historia se entrelazan, ¿verdad? las conferencias, poemas, cartas, discusiones apasionadas... cada palabra tiene su pasado. Cada voz tiene algo único, algo que ilumina. La tuya, por ejemplo, se mezcla con los sueños de los jóvenes que pasan por acá, con la música que resuena en los encuentros, con los secretos que guardan las paredes de esta casa.

Anciana: Con tu compañía y este banco bajo el sol, tengo todo lo que necesito. Acá hasta el silencio tiene algo que decirme, una paz que solo este lugar puede ofrecer.

Villa Ichon: Vos traes la lectura, yo el eco. Y entre ambos, cada mañana inventamos un nuevo comienzo, un nuevo paso hacia la paz.

Villa Ichon: Uwielbiam patrzeć, jak czytasz każdego ranka, jakby czas się tu zatrzymał.

Staruszka: Zawsze zaczynam dzień w tym kąciku. Twoja obecność ma w sobie coś wyjątkowego; sprawia, że moje książki wydają się bardziej żywe, bliższe.

Villa Ichon: Twoje książki i moja historia są ze sobą splecione, prawda? Wykłady, wiersze, listy, namiętne dyskusje… każde słowo ma swoją przeszłość. Każdy głos ma w sobie coś wyjątkowego, coś, co rzuca światło na świat. Twój, na przykład, miesza się z marzeniami młodych ludzi, którzy tu przechodzą, z muzyką, która rozbrzmiewa na spotkaniach, z sekretami skrywanymi w murach tego domu.

Ogni voce ha qualcosa di unico, qualcosa che illumina. La tua, ad esempio, si mescola ai sogni dei giovani che passano di qui, alla musica che risuona nelle riunioni, ai segreti custoditi tra le mura di questa casa.

Kleines Mädchen: Roland, wie groß du bist! Mein Großvater sagt, du bist älter als er.

Roland: Dein Großvater ist ein weiser Mann. Ich bin über 5 Meter groß und viel älter als er. Ich bin über 600 Jahre alt.

Kleines Mädchen: Über 600? Aber mein Großvater hat mehr Falten als du.

Roland: Früher war ich aus Holz. Ich habe mich viel verändert, genau wie die Stadt, aber immer mit einer Mission: zu beschützen.

Kleines Mädchen: Was bedeutet es, zu beschützen?

Roland: Beschützen bedeutet, zuzuhören, wenn jemand gehört werden muss. Manchmal scheinen Schwierigkeiten sehr groß, aber man muss sie nicht alleine bewältigen.

Kleines Mädchen: Was ist, wenn ich mich klein fühle?

Roland: Sich klein zu fühlen ist nichts Ungewöhnliches. Wir alle fühlen uns irgendwann einmal so. Aber du bist nicht allein. Ich bin immer da, genau wie ich es für deinen Großvater war, als er in deinem Alter war.

Roland: Your grandfather is a wise man. I'm over 5 meters tall, and I'm far older than him. I'm over 600 years old.

Roland: I used to be made of wood. I've changed many times, just as the city has, but always with one mission: to protect.

Roland: Protecting means listening when someone needs to be heard. Sometimes, difficulties may seem very big, but you don't have to face them alone.

Little girl: What if I feel small?

Roland: Feeling small isn't unusual. We all feel that way at some point. But you're not alone. I'm always here, just like I was for your grandfather when he was your age.

Dziewczynka: Ponad 600? Ale mój dziadek jest bardziej pomarszczony od ciebie.

Roland: Kiedyś byłem z drewna. Zmieniałem się wiele razy, tak jak miasto, ale zawsze z jedną misją: chronić.

Dziewczynka: Co to znaczy chronić?

Roland: Chronić to znaczy słuchać, kiedy ktoś potrzebuje być wysłuchany. Czasami trudności mogą wydawać się ogromne, ale nie musisz stawiać im czoła sama.

Dziewczynka: A co, jeśli poczuję się mała

Roland: Poczucie bycia małą nie jest niczym niezwykłym. Wszyscy tak się czujemy w pewnym momencie. Ale nie jesteś sama. Zawsze tu jestem, tak jak byłem dla twojego dziadka, kiedy był w twoim wieku.

Mühle am Wall: Ja, ich sehe dich seit über 80 Jahren durch diesen Park gehen. Es ist schön, freundliche Gesichter zu sehen.

Alter Mann: Ich habe mein ganzes Leben hier in Bremen verbracht und dich so fest stehen sehen, auch wenn du dich nicht mehr so drehst wie früher. Vermisst du das nicht?

Mühle am Wall: Natürlich, ich vermisse meine Drehungen, aber ich habe auch gelernt, dass der beste Moment einfach der ist, den man gerade erlebt.

Alter Mann: Ich bin 90 Jahre alt...

Mühle am Wall: Und ich bin über 300. Ich bin niedergebrannt, sie haben mich wieder aufgebaut, und ich bin immer noch hier. Die Zeit ist kein Feind, sondern eine Chance. Mühle am Wall: Claro que sí, extraños mis giros, pero tambien aprendí que el mejor momento es simplemente el que estás viviendo ahora.

Anciano: Es que yo tengo 90 años…

Mühle am Wall: Y yo más de 300, me incendié, me reconstruyeron, y acá sigo. El tiempo no es un enemigo, es una oportunidad. La vida es como una rueda, y el tiempo se convierte en tu aliado cuando sabes cómo aprovecharlo. No hay prisa. Al final, todo se acomoda. Solo hay que seguir adelante, girando.

Mühle am Wall: Tak, widziałem cię spacerującego po tym parku przez ponad 80 lat. Miło widzieć przyjazne twarze.

Starzec Spędziłem całe życie tutaj, w Bremie, patrząc, jak stoisz nieugięcie, mimo że nie obracasz się tak jak kiedyś. Nie tęsknisz za tym?

Mühle am Wall: Oczywiście, że tęsknię, tęsknię za swoimi obrotami, ale nauczyłem się też, że najlepsza chwila to po prostu ta, którą przeżywasz teraz.

Starzec: Mam 90 lat...

Mühle am Wall: I mam ponad 300. Spaliłem się, odbudowali mnie i wciąż tu jestem. Czas nie jest wrogiem, to szansa. Mühle am Wall: Certo che mi manca, mi mancano le mie rotazioni, ma ho anche imparato che il momento migliore è quello che stai vivendo ora.

Vecchio: Ho 90 anni…

Mühle am Wall: E io ne ho più di 300. Sono andato a fuoco, mi hanno ricostruito e sono ancora qui. Il tempo non è un nemico, è un'opportunità. La vita è come una ruota, e il tempo diventa tuo alleato quando sai come usarlo. Non c'è fretta. Alla fine, tutto si sistemerà. Devi solo continuare a camminare, a girare.

Hallo, ich bin Alejandro Radawski und befinde mich derzeit in Bremen.

Ich freue mich sehr, bekannt geben zu dürfen, dass ich vom Bremer Literaturhaus [virt.] e.V. mit Unterstützung des Senators für Kultur mit der Bremer Netzresidenz ausgezeichnet wurde.

Während dieser Zeit arbeite ich an einem Projekt mit dem Titel „Something in the way they look at me“.

Es ist ein digitales Theater-Experiment, das den urbanen Räumen Bremens – Parks, Kirchen, Museen, Straßen … – eine Stimme verleiht.

Ich habe 16 verschiedene Orte in der Stadt gewählt – aufgrund ihrer Geschichte, ihrer Atmosphäre oder ihrer kulturellen Bedeutung.

Dieses Projekt verbindet Film, Theater und künstliche Intelligenz, um kurze Szenen und Monologe zu schaffen – Momente, in denen Menschen und Orte miteinander sprechen.

Wenn ihr neugierig seid, wie Räume Geschichten erzählen und sich mit unseren eigenen verbinden können, folgt dem Projekt und macht mit. Dies ist erst der Anfang.

Hi, I’m Alejandro Radawski, and I’m currently in Bremen, Germany.

I’m very happy to share that I’ve been awarded the Bremen „Netzresidenz“ by Bremer Literaturhaus [virt.] e.V. with the support of the Senator for Culture of Bremen.

During this time, I’ll be working on a project called: "Something in the way they look at me."

It’s a digital and theatrical experiment that gives voice to Bremen’s urban spaces — parks, churches, museums, streets…

I’ve selected 16 different places in the city, chosen for their history, their atmosphere, or their cultural meaning.

This project blends film, theatre, and artificial intelligence, to create short scenes and monologues — moments where people and places speak to each other.

Cześć, jestem Alejandro Radawski i obecnie przebywam w Bremie w Niemczech.

Bardzo się cieszę, że zostałem nagrodzony przez UNESCO Bremen, dzięki wsparciu Literaturhaus Bremen.

W tym czasie będę pracował nad projektem zatytułowanym: „Coś w tym, jak na mnie patrzą”.

To cyfrowy i teatralny eksperyment, który oddaje głos przestrzeniom miejskim Bremy — parkom, kościołom, muzeom, ulicom…

Wybrałem 16 różnych miejsc w mieście, ze względu na ich historię, atmosferę lub znaczenie kulturowe.

Ten projekt łączy film, teatr i sztuczną inteligencję, aby tworzyć krótkie sceny i monologi — momenty, w których ludzie i miejsca rozmawiają ze sobą.

Jeśli chcesz zobaczyć, jak przestrzenie mogą opowiadać historie i łączyć się z naszymi, śledź projekt i dołącz do niego. To dopiero początek.

Sono molto felice di condividere con voi che ho ricevuto un premio dall’UNESCO Bremen, con il sostegno del Literaturhaus Bremen.

In questo periodo lavorerò a un progetto intitolato: “Qualcosa nel modo in cui mi guardano”.

Si tratta di un esperimento digitale e teatrale che dà voce agli spazi urbani di Brema — parchi, chiese, musei, strade...

Ho selezionato 16 luoghi diversi della città, scelti per la loro storia, la loro atmosfera o il loro significato culturale.

Questo progetto unisce cinema, teatro e intelligenza artificiale per creare brevi scene e monologhi: momenti in cui persone e luoghi dialogano tra loro.
